Round trips are billed for the whole time the car is with you — both legs, with a minimum of 250 km and one driver allowance per day — because the driver waits with you until you return. Local hire starts at ₹1,000 for 4 hours/40 km. Tolls, state taxes and parking are charged as per actual.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 1 hour before pickup and you pay nothing — the same promise you see at checkout. Inside that last hour the driver is usually already on the way, so the driver allowance is deducted and the rest refunded. Round trips are free to cancel up to 24 hours before pickup; inside that, one day is charged.
Is the cab available 24/7 in Gurgaon?
Yes — we run around the clock in Gurgaon, including early-morning airport departures and late-night arrivals. A ₹300 night charge applies to pickups after 10 PM.
